Boardwalk Burleigh Heads has five room types available. These are the One Bedroom Apartment, Two Bedroom Apartments with one shared bathroom, Two Bedroom Apartment and Two Bedroom Ocean View Apartment with a bathroom and ensuite and finally the Three Bedroom Apartment. No matter the occasion, this resort will be able to accommodate you and your guests.
In the interests of all guests health and safety, Boardwalk is a non-smoking property and as such smoking is not permitted within apartments or public areas of the resort.
Burleigh Heads is renowned for being one of the most idyllic beaches on the entire Gold Coast yet also retains the more relaxed and slower paced atmosphere in comparison to other Gold Coast beach destinations. There is no wonder that visitors who come to Burleigh Heads for the first time, keep returning year after year!
As the area becomes more and more desirable, there is also need to provide additional services and accommodation. Currently there is some nearby construction of new accommodation, these works also affect other resorts in the area, however, we would like to make all visitors to our region aware of the fact. The foundation works have now been completed however, we wish to inform all guests that we do and will continue to ensure any inconvenience to guests is minimised.
We expect works to continue over the next few months and will advise of an end date once known. However, we can assure you of a great stay at Boardwalk Burleigh Beach and of our very best attention to your enjoyment at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO GOVERNMENT MANDATED RESTRICTIONS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
In event of guest being directly affected by an official, Government mandated border closure, hot spot restriction or lockdown/isolation requirement due to contracting COVID-19 that affects your travel plans for the dates you are booked to stay at the resort, and your stay is within the period whereby a cancellation fee is normally charged (7 days in low season, 30 days in high and other peak periods or non-refundable tariffs, refer to terms for actual dates) you may be eligible for a replacement holiday to be taken within 12 months. Any replacement holiday will be for a similar stay (same room type, length of stay, seasonality, number of guests) as the original booking. Should you wish to redeem your replacement stay with attributes different to the original booking, you may be able to do so however, additional costs may apply. This will be advised at the time of reserving your replacement stay.
Please note any reservation using flexible rates can be cancelled outside the cancellation period at no charge as per your rights under our normal cancellation policy.
This offer does not alter the cancellation terms of your original bookings and is provided in good faith to assist those genuinely and directly affected by such restrictions. This offer applies only to officially announced Government closures/lockdowns/hot spots with proof of residency details or specific isolation dates that coincide with your dates of stay at the property as detailed on the notification you receive from your state Health Department when undertaking a PCR test or registering your positive Rapid Antigen Test will be required to confirm guests are directly affected by the Government restrictions. Does not apply to any non-affected reservations – the terms and conditions your stay was made under should be referred to. Please refer to terms and conditions for full details.
Due to the high volume of calls experienced when such announcements are made, we strongly encourage you to contact your agent or the resort directly to discuss your replacement reservation at the earliest opportunity after the announcement is made. To ensure your request is received, we recommend you email the resort directly on firstname.lastname@example.org to register your request.
PLEASE NOTE ANY RESERVATION (WHETHER AFFECTED BY COVID RESTRICTIONS OR OTHERWISE) WILL INCUR OUR STANDARD NO-SHOW fee (full value of your accommodation) if the resort or your agent is not contacted to advise of your inability to stay until after the original check in date.
Bookings that are made during an existing official lockdown for stays during the same lockdown event (unless a flexible rate cancelled before the non-cancellation period has commenced in which case, the reservation may be cancelled without penalty) or for bookings whereby a stay has already commenced are excluded from receiving a replacement holiday.
